Refund policy

At Perrotts Florist, we want you to be happy with your purchase.  For time to time we acknowledge that mistakes are made or flowers, a natural product do not perform as expected.  On these occasions, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers.  Our customer service team will review your order, provide follow up and a solution to the issue.

You may be required to provide images for comparison.  In most instances the flowers will need to be returned or available for pick up by our courier before an exchange is processed.  Our preference is to replace the flowers, we do not provide refunds for change of mind.

In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has been delivered.
